Everything about living here has been great! Only reason I would give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I was told my work order to fix my drain would be put in and someone would come fix it but nobody came.

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Good environment, but a lot of loud students on the weekends. Great spaces, and lots of privacy between the apartments. You can’t hear the units above or below you.

So far, I love living at 30 East. I enjoy having my own personal area and enjoying all of the amazing amenities. The amenity I'm super excited about is the convenient dry cleaning located on the 2nd floor.

Great view, great location, great management! Been living here for a year and everyone has been so great. The staff in the leasing office are great as well, very tentative!

The view is great, location is great and the staff is super friendly and awesome. The amenities are crazy and the apartments are nice. My favorite part is by far the fire pits

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's been great living here for three years. Even with some of the staff changing periodically, the place is well kept. I'm sure it'll be a great place to live this year as well even with the students using the building as dorms.

An amazing part of Chicago and amazing people! The views are great and it is so close to my campus! Love this place a lot and a great place to call home!

Love the sky terrace and dog park! The yoga area in the gym is awesome for Zumba or non traditional workouts! The grills were nice too, you dont see that often!

This will be my 2nd year at 30E and i just love how it is located in a prime part of Chicago as well as its proximity to my school. Staff aren’t extremely friendly and I love the 24/7 security who not only keep our community’s safe but also are the nicest of people!

I loved living at 30East! It was a great culture, very friendly and I would love to live there again soon! It was a very easy transition and all of the people that worked there were always willing to help when necessary.

Love 30 east so my sister and I decided to sign another lease for the following year! Could not be more excited for another great year living in the hub of the city!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very nice building. Staff could be friendlier though...the person at the front desk would treat requests as of they were wasting their time. Otherwise, great experience.

Overall, I enjoyed my time at 30 East. My studio was nicely laid-out and the appliances were I great shape. The furniture was sturdy and average, so it wasn’t cheaply furnished. My biggest complaints were the smell of smoke (both cigarette and marijuana) in some of the halls, the trash left behind in the couch cushions and under the fridge, and the lack of consequences do to disruptive neighbors in the halls on a weekly basis. Was it worth the $1799 I paid in rent every month? Kind of. The utilities, electricity, internet, etc. being included in that price is what got me to apply for the apartment. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have stayed there and paid that kind of money for a studio.

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very thankful I chose not to re-sign my lease prior to Columbia buying out a majority of the building. management has finally stepped up their game, and the units/views are awesome, but it was still a headache to live there nonetheless. Hopefully the new shift will make the living experience even better for the new tenants!

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Good place, nice accomodations and furnitures. Walls are a little bit thin and we never get an answer if we ask for some problems with the equipments but still enjoyable to leave.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

i love how many community activities here are and the variety in what they are. and i haven’t met anyone who isn’t genuinely nice here. it’s a great community

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Decent place to live. Internet, a fridge and a place to sleep is all I really need. I just wish for all of these apartment entries/inspections that I could sign up for a time slot since I'm a very anxious person and I hate not knowing when someone is going to enter my apartment. I'm glad management has at least been nice when I contact them, but I'm sure they're sick of me by now.

loved it, best summer housing in the whole chicago if i didnt have to leave I wouldnt. The staff is phenomenal and really cares for the people that reside here

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The location of the apartment is very central. Very close to the red line and bus stops. The furniture in the apartments stain easily so you have to be careful with everything. The rooms are nice and theres enough storage. Nice areas to lounge with friends.

30 East was a great home this past year. The staff was always friendly and really took care of all their residents. I'm definitely going to miss living here!

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This is my second summer living in 30 east and it's been a better second experience. Management is a lot more accommodating and I really appreciate the effort the apartment puts in to make it a community. Also, great location!

In the two years that I've been living here I have experience excellent rapport with staff. The maintenance crew is very intelligent and does a magnificent job and completing my request with ease and Grace.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love living here and love the space and neighborhood. The apartment are big and has great amenities. How ever it’s a little pricey for a student to live there, but it’s worth it.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Overall Pretty Good. The location is very nice. Front desk people are lovely. Maintenance requests are fulfilled almost immediately. Only complaint is that the water is funny.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living here is great! Location is amazing and the staff here is always super friendly and helpful. Gym is great too! Beautiful views, fire pit, and fun games/events throughout the year!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The amenities were really great at the beginning. With the new construction it took away the study rooms, which were very nice to have. Love the security guards and the maintenance folks.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It has been a great experience. I have enjoyed meeting all the wonderful kind and fun people who live here. I thank the Universe for the experience.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very nice accommodations. Matching could have been a little better I think since my roommates are little on the louder and nocturnal end which makes sleeping a little harder than normal. But all in all, a great experience

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

30 East has great amenities and a great staff! Always feel welcome and enjoy the gym and free printing! The location is wonderful and has parking right next door!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very friendly staff, great amenities, but printer and vending machines sometimes broken (vending machines in particular). Very nice view, maintenance staff very responsive.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's great here! The rooms are super nice, well beyond what I was expecting. I have a spacious area with a magnificent view of downtown. The staff is also super nice and helpful.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The building is at a great location, lots of good places nearby and has great amenities within it. The apartments themselves also are in very nice condition

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My experience at 30 East has been all around wonderful! It's located in the heart of the city, making my daily commute a breeze. The apartment its self is stunning in both its designs and views. Highly recommend joining this community!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The location is great, the amenities exceeded my expectations, and the staff is friendly/helpful. I believe this is the best value apartment in the city.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I enjoy living at 30 East. The staff is so kind and respectful. The security is also very friendly and helpful whenever guests are trying to visit. The location is amazing and close to west loop. The apartment is so clean and the view is amazing! recommend to all.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great location, friendly staff, relatively quiet. The floors are difficult to clean and the furniture and paint colors are a little unusual. But overall, it’s a great place.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's alright but there's room for improvement. When I moved into my apartment, it wasn't clean at all. The toilet was continuously clogging.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The place is still great to live in with the in apartment amenities like a washer and dryer and full kitchen. But I'm not sure why they replaced the drink vending machine with less stuff and, as far as I know, no water. I really liked getting juice from the other one and now I can't.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really loved 30 East when I first moved in but I feel like it has gone downhill. Right now my biggest complaint is all the construction. I understand that Columbia bought the building and that things are changing but it's frustrating to have things constantly being closed off/having a bunch of construction materials being toted around all the time. Something I've noticed is that all around, it feels like 30 East only cares about getting new residents but doesn't care about the ones they already have.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Clean, nice staff, great location, but my neighbors can be very loud at night. But overall excellent experience here. I’m graduating soon and I’m happy to have lived here

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The residents here seem very nice. I haven't attended very many community events so I don't know very many people, but the people I have met have been polite/friendly. The security staff is amazing. They're all friendly and positive, making an effort to learn the names of residents and their guests.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's a good building that's in a good area. It's kept in pretty good condition. The staff are very friendly and the coffee is restocked often. The events with free food are always a nice surprise. I wish we'd have access to all the amenities that were advertised but construction took away some meeting rooms that were good for studying.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have had a great time living in 30 east and all of the employees are very nice and helpful. They always have an answer for any problem I have

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really enjoyed the months spent here I would highly recommend it to incoming students, the only thing is I wish the sense of community was better

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Its a great friendly community! 30 East also has events to help bring the community together. I especially love the sky lounge. There are grills to help bring the community as well.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love the amenities, staff, and overall experience living at 30 E. I have told my friends and others who are interested in living in the city to consider 30 E as an option

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Signed my lease again because 30East is so close and convenient for me. It is in the hub of Chicago and it offers so many fun events and great amenities!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I haven’t actually moved in yet but I’m looking forward to it. All the staff was very attentive when it came to getting me to sign my lease so I hope it continues

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Management resolved and ongoing issue, so far I am pleased with the outcome. Building has also had several fun activities throughout the city such as free burgers which are fun to go to

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's mostly fine, I guess. I'm tired of unannounced visits from staff but apparently I can't do anything about that. It makes me really anxious when someone unexpected is pounding on my door.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It’s a decent place to live. The people here are nice. Some security are friendly and others aren’t. I wish the gym and vending machines had more options

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My first day moving in was a disaster from the start. I have had multiple issues with the leasing office. I have also had maintenance walk in on me in the shower. That is not okay. Will not be living here after my lease is up.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great space and location, especially the windows. Despite the train track next to the building, the sound doesn't go through the windows as much. Management has been pretty disconnected when it comes to consulting with the tenants (various misunderstandings happen). Wish there were a recycling bin or some sort for each floor or few floors, since it discourages tenants to recycle, instead people would throw recycling down the garbage chute.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Fast and smooth leasing process. The installations are state of the art. The security is great and accessible. The building is new and very clean.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I enjoy receiving bonus points through this medium. I appreciate the people at 30 East Balbo who first introduced this to me. I would like to thank Daria, Sydney, Kenya and Eric.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartment is quiet and the amenities are very useful and convenient. But whenever there is a holiday, there needs to be a rule for people to clean up after themselves. Public spaces tend to get very dirty after holidays.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

30 East is a great location and the neighbors are more community oriented individuals. The staff is professional and courteous! The appliance are well kept and fairly new!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The presentation was very good. The General Manager was very thorough and presented the community well and promoted it heavily. Thanks for the manager and security!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living at 30 East has been a great place to finish up my senior year of college. The staff is really friendly and always come up with fun events that make you feel like you're part of the community. I wish I didn't have to leave!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

A lot of the community of events are scheduled at slightly inopportune times or are not promoted as well as they could be. Sometimes it's hard to keep up what events are happening in the shared spaces.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The facilities that are offered are always immaculate, the elevators are super fast, and I love having my own kitchen and in unit washer and dryer.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Well I signed a lease extension in January which in the email guaranteed me my unit for another term. I then get an email pretty much stating I have to move so my experience as of late has been terrible

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

everything is great!! everyone is so nice and welcoming! it is nice to always know what events are going on. haven't had an issue with maintenance yet, they are so efficient!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The newer security team makes me feel safer than before and me renewing my lease, but for an apartment transfer, was easy. I also really like the awards app thing where I can get points for gift cards.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It has been good so far. Nice and quiet. Maintenance work is done on time. Really love the security staff at the front desk thingey. Delightful people

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

A great place to live. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. The location is amazing and is right in the heart of downtown. The views out my window of the Sears Tower at night is absolutely breath taking.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I think the community in 30 East is friendly and a great environment for students to live in. The security guards are also excellent and great people!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I think this is a great place to live but I had some issues when I was transfering apartments last year. Everyone js trying their best but there are definitely a lot of hiccups because the building is still so new

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I enjoy living in the 30 east apartments because it is close to my classes in Chicago. I love my roommates and how staff is amazing and very accommodating!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

While the apartment itself is nice, it’s very overpriced and neither I or my roommates have had a positive experience with the management here.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living in 30 East has made my life exciting, from the community events within the apartments to the events in the heart of the city. Everyday here is like a luxurious dream!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living at 30 E! I have renewed my lease for next year because the apt is in such a convenient location. Whenever my friends come over they can't stop telling me how much they love my place!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love the amenities, staff, and community! There are always fun events and the apartment is located in a very convenient part of the loop! Steps away from school and nice little food spots

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great apartments and great staff! I love all the amenities. I especially like how there are conference rooms in the second floor. They are beneficial to all students.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Apartments are wonderful and staff is very nice. There is some difficulty when it comes to noise on floors, and people taking care of the gifts left behind by their pets in the shared areas for pets.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This place is very nice, the environment is great and very outgoing. Everyone is supper helpful and the process to get in was seamless......

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Good amenities, and quick response times for any maintainance. There is also nice and welcoming staff. The location is central and very conscientious for just about anything to do in the city.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My apt smells like cigarettes in my washer/dryer unit. Residents are noisy and there are loud parties frequently. Will not be renewing lease.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Nice, although the policies surrounding management entering apartments are a little flawed. Would be nice to receive a heads-up through email

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Enjoyed my stay here immensely and the staff here is excellent I received great energy when I go to the office and whenever I send an email for maintenance I'm giving excellent service rather expeditiously

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

mostly great, just need more transparency and clarity when it comes to communication between 30 East and the residents. Should try and have more events on the first floor like the breakfast during finals week.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love 30 east! Everything is very easy and reliable! Neighbors are great and the leasing office is helpful and always attentive to you needs!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I like living in this apartment the location is amazing and my apartment is cozy. The thing I would say is I can hear the train pass by, but that’s the not the building problem.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

my experience has been a fairly pleasant one. Aside from large parties that occasionally congregate on the 2nd floor it has been an undisturbed, peaceful experience. Though it is paying a lot of a small space.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living at 30 east. The environment is super welcoming. The neighborhood is very beautiful & traveling to and from school is a breeze.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

A little frustration with shared spaces and other community members not treating the area with the same respect. Lots of furniture and gym equipment moved around and not placed back originally. Can be disappointing when wanting to use the amenities advertised and they can't be enjoyed. New staff seems to be disorganized since last year. Coffee bar amenity is not refilled frequently and gym wipes hardly replaced.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Do the right thing. Really great place to stay with friends or partner. Highly recommended to my friend. All furniture contain' many activities for residents.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's a nice building that's very close to my college buildings, which is great with not having to travel very far. There's also plenty of amenities well worth paying for.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Everyone in the building is extremely nice! The staff is helpful and the amenities are great. It really does like home. My dog and I both love it here!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The staff is nice although the radios don’t work and the events aren’t all that great. I wish they’d have more food events. The tv’s outside don’t have HDMI plugins that are reachable and 30 East isn’t logged into their PlayStation account, so there aren’t any of those games that they have available.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love the actual building and my apartment - the sense of community is at a minimum which isn't the worst thing - if I wanted dorm like actives I would have moved to a dorm.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The security at the front desk is really nice and good. The facilities on the second floor is always clean and well kept. The apartment itself is usually very quiet and nice.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

On a less than-satisfactory note, for the past few months there has been no coffee at the coffee station in the morning. On a satisfactory note, the security desk has been doing an outstanding job notifying residents via phone call the a package arrives. This is an excellent improvement!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I loved living at 30 East Apartments! I got paired up with awesome roommates and the location of the building is super convenient! The giant windows really let in a lot of light, even on cloudy, rainy days.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Thus far this apartment building can be described in one word. Convenient. It is convenient and clean and that is all a full time student needs.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have loved living here. The view is amazing and the people are great too! I would highly recommend living here. the only issue I have is the price is a bit steep but with all the amenities we get makes it worth it.

I moved in this August 2018 and it was exceed my expectations. My view is phenomal, the condition of my apartment is fantastic! They have great activities almost every week to meet other residents including lots of freebies(free food)! One time I couldn’t pay my rent on time due to multiple reasons and they worked with me and gave me no difficulty! Great experience! Love living here!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

please fix a printer, and please clean the grills everyday. please send back a email response. Lastly I had issues of payment so many times.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Maintenance staff is awesome, always prompt and working hard. Leasing office is friendly and available to talk and help out Security is rude and usually taking personal phone calls

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Upon moving in I was in a studio that did not meet my needs. The 30 east staff from Lindsey on down where fantastic . They where able to meet my accommodations and ultimately I had a fantastic experience

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Beautiful living space in a convenient location that is surprisingly quiet despite being right down town. Was not given much of a tour or introduction when I moved and and left me a little confused and had to figure out some things on my own.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The unit is very modern and clean when I arrived and the the WiFi is fast and the furniture is clean and comfortable. The view of the city is the best part because at night it looks amazing. The people that live here are nice as well!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love living here because it is such a close walk to my school. The amenities are great and the atmosphere is wonderful! The staff is very friendly and helpful :)

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Fine experience so far. Love our room. Disappointed that grills don’t work and there was no one who informed us of this or a sign. Appreciate that when our room smelled strongly of weed someone came and took care of it.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the amenities and all inclusiveness! The location is perfect for many of the schools around here as well and I couldn’t be happier. I would definitely resign.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Extremely convenient amenities that help a lot with school work; beautiful location that is practically on campus; friendly and helpful staff

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Needed to move in early due to several reasons and we were kindly accomodated! Staff is very nice and understanding and the apartment is beautiful! Can’t wait for the rest of the year!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really enjoyed living at 30 East. The building was super convenient to everything I needed to do. I walked almost everywhere I needed to go and the L was super close too if I had to go farther away.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It is in a wonderful location that is convenient for work and school. However it is still a very pricey place to live. All other tennants that i have recently met are friendly and kind aside from the ones that throw loud drunken parties.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

30 East Apartments in the heart of Chicago’s South Loop, just a few steps away from school, grant park and easy access to public transportation. And if CTA does not fit your routine, how about walking or biking to work? Imagine coming home to a pet-friendly apartment with rooftop sun deck with fire pits, and lounge areas with gorgeous city views.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

30 East is a very student friendly apartment building. The security is great. My favorite thing about 30 East has to be it's 17th floor fire place and the gym.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

A great location and beautiful architecture. Nice staff, good places to hang out and a great sense of home to the whole place. Convenient for school and work alike.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love 30 East. Even though the majority of residents are students, the building never feels overly loud or obnoxious like college dorms. I've enjoyed my time here so far and haven't had anything break or malfunction in my room. My only complaint is that I wish they would notify you when you receive a package. It's not always possible to track packages that you are receiving and sometimes the guards don't see them in the mailroom. The units are modern, updated, and comfortable. The furniture provided is simple so that you can easily make the room feel like your own while still maintaining a high quality. Looking forward to spending my last year of college here.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The building has wonderful ammenities, such as skydeck and sky terace, fitness, pool, games, tvs throughout, sitting areas throughout, and grills. Views from apartment are fantastic and building is very safe.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have loved living here. The people are nice and I have had no issues since being here. Plenty of great things to do here. Wish the rent was a little more flexible but it is what it is.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I would give it 5 stars because of location and maintenance staff is extremely friendly. However, the residents in this building are extremely rude and violate the lease daily - excessive noise and partying, damaging property (signs in the hallways) and smoking in their units which causes my unit to smell like cigarettes. Security is basically nonexistent - taking personal phone calls, being rude, and not doing their job.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I am excited to move in soon! The staff seem friendly and outgoing. And plus it’s downtown Chicago. Everyone seems fun and interesting. How much better could it be?

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The staff is super friendly and inviting. I had to move in prior to the office being open, so there wasn't a lot of people there; but the security guard kindly let me up and showed me to my room anyway.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Apartment is well suited to my needs and amenities are great! Really enjoy the communal spaces, free gym, pool table, and rooftop terrace for hanging with friends

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Mr. David Falduto is an excellent maintenance specialist. David responds quickly to request and perform with stellar service. Mr. David is personable and quit familiar with the technical aspects of the building. I appreciate David immensely.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great community! The facilities are very well kept, clean, and has everything you could ever need. The maintenance staff are also very friendly!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

30 East is a fantastic residential building, with great furnished apartments, and great views. All apartments come with floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood flooring, large ketches, as well as in-house washer and dryer. Amenities are great as well!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's fairly quite and clean but way overpriced for what it's worth. To many unnecessary inspections. Decent place but not worth the price it cost.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living at 30 East! The location is ideal and the building itself is great. The amenity spaces are very nice as well! 30 East paired me up with some great roommates and now we're all great friends.

The apartment is clean and professional. I really love the apartment's ammenities and they are very clean and usable. All the furnitures are clean and fine too.

great apartment great amenities friendly staff lots of dogs live here which is of course incredible I need 40 more characters to reach minimum.

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I'm very happy living in this apartment complex and I'm also living in it next year, but there were some issues with determining what exactly I am to pay next year. It's taken care of now, but still that's really why I give this 4 stars.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The public spaces are nice, but besides the location selling point I’m not quite sure why I’m paying so much. It’s definitely over priced 🤷🏾‍♀️

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

30 East is close to campus, has nice views with big windows and nice amenities. The location is unbeatable since my classes are literally across the street. The price is not that insane especially since the rooms are fully furnished and the utilities are included. The security is extremely poor minus the morning staff who was there since the opening. People are not properly signed in and there's almost never a security person at the desk at night. The apartments smell terrible and every room smells different because the smells from other apartments (Weed, onions, shit) above and below come through the vents. Also the elevators are always broken.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My stay at 30 east has been fairly enjoyable. The issues that I have are minor ones that could be solved very easily. The cable and internet is very poor and I would greatly appreciate a new system so I could get all the channels that I pay so much for.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartment could use more attentive courtesy officers. Love the community activities, but would appreciate more options offered in the evening hours.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

great space, satisfying amenities, good area to live around. Pricing's a little steep, but understandable. Hopefully there will be a cafe or some sort in the open retail spaces under the 30 east building.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living here and I love the building events like the nacho bar, which is definitely my favorite so far. the only issue me and my roommates have had is our packages being mislabeled by the security guards for other apartments. other than that issue this place is amazing.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great amenities, location, and staff! I love everything about living here except that the rent is unfortunately just too high (and it would still be nice to have a package notification system)

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

always clean, had trouble with roommate that wasnt handeled properly and the security is not as safe as it should be. other than that the gym is nice!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My time at 30 East was splendid. 30 East was very cool about holding an event or so every month to really show the residents that they care. Free food. No complaints

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living at 30 east has been a great experience. The coffee on the second floor has saved me so many times! Great place and great location!!!!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love my room and my roommates are super! From day one living at 30 East was a blast, really appreciated the sky deck during those summer months and epically the snack machines!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

A good community with a nice staff. Security staff is pretty nice and personable. The location is very good, it’s at the center of the Columbia College Campus, so great for students.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartment is really good and the facilities are really nice and well kept. They offer things like printing and communal computer usage which are very useful for a college student.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love this building. It’s great and nice and has great ameninties. Perfect location and I love being around college students from my school.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Residents are consistently violating the lease - smoking on the sky deck, not cleaning up after themselves, and the noise levels affect a comfortable living experience.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The building and amenities are very nice, however there are frequent issues with large parties and guests not signing in. Overall, the pros outweigh the cons as the building is very convenient and comfortable place to live downtown as a student.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

its a great neighborhood. the community here is incredible. Everyone is friendly and very good to deal with. perfect for college students. would recommend it

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living here!!!!! its a great location with good facilities for a reasonable price (even more reasonable if you find a roommate). ots a nice community to be part off

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

love living here!!!! Very well equipped apartments, management is cooperative and always around to help. The location of the apartments is great!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The units themselves are fully equipped and amenities and incredible and very well kept by the wonderful staff! What more could you want in an apartment?

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living at 30 East. The location is so convenient and it feels very safe. The building is very nice and they matched me with some awesome roommates!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartments are beautiful and all the facilities are super convenient. The staff are friendly, nice, and helpful. I’m very happy that I decided to live here.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Everything so far has been pretty fantastic. Security has been a little less than desirable. Otherwise it's been pretty great. There's an odd smell in the hallways sometimes, I'm not sure where it's coming from.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartment and amenities are great, everything is really colourful and modern. Have a great view of the city from my apartment and the WiFi connection is really great.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This apartment is in a great area and has very friendly residents and there never seems to be a problem. The only thing that should be fixed is the staff, There are times when things that should be handled privately or things that are said are being taken care of doesn't happen. Other than that the experience is great!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Overall, a positive experience to live here. Improvements could be made in a few areas. Generally don't run into any trouble with anything. Would reccomend to a friend.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

30 East has been putting on more building events lately which I really appreciate. It's very clear that the staff is constantly trying to find ways to improve the building and it pays off.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love living here! The amenities are amazing and I feel very safe in the building and nearby area. Only improvements would be a package notification system and keys that are not as faulty.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I feel that the amenities are great, and I enjoy the feel of the living environments. The biggest issue I have is how it doesn't really feel that I have neighbors.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really enjoy using the community spaces especially the gym! My friends and I play pool just about every week, and use the booths on 17 to study as well! very helpful.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

great lighting, cozy atmosphere, trains aren't too loud. Should distribute more recycling bins around the building, since only the first floor has a recycling bin.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It has been good and feels like home. There are a lot of friendly people living at the complex and the securities and maintence crew are friendly.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love love love just wish there were more community events - like how we had the donut Friday last week! That was great and everyone loves free things

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My experience living here has been interesting. I was paired with a terrible roommate and once me and the other roommates asked her to clean she requested to move and left. So now my experience is great. Im giving it this rating because of the first couple months with that roommate.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartment is great and the staff are very friendly. The facilities are amazing, both on the second floor and on the 17th floor. Its an amazing place with easy access to various shops.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Good experiences so far, I've had no major issues to report for the last couple of months. It's a good first rental experience overall, my only complaint would be the copious amounts of pot smoke that I smell on my floor.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Ammenities are outstanding, maintenance staff is very helpful. However residents do not respect quiet hours, often bringing extra stereos into the study room for parties and leaving trash around the communal stress on the 17th floor. Security is lacking, they are always on their phones watching videos or taking personal calls, nor They do not do their rounds at night.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's great living here the people are very friendly. The apartment is great and the amenities and things provided by the building are wonderful.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Although train noise can't be helped considering the location, noise going from unit to unit through vents could. If I don't have neighbors I shouldn't really be hearing anyone through vents. Right? Also, not enough dogs. 2/10.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This place is great. Everyone who works here is so nice and professional. When I was at my old dorm things were a nightmare. But, here I haven't had the issues that I had at the old place.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great place to live!! Love that there are so many place to hangout in the building. The out door fire pits and TVs are very nice. I have had a great time living here so far!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I’ve loved living at 30 East! Aside from some minor construction issues and going through the process of it being a new building and hiring good maintenance workers, I’ve had a very good experience.

illegal dark web transactions, improves the monetary policy process in having an increased influence and authority over its native currency, the Chinese Yuan. This topic is often misconstrued with a vilified Bitcoin for its anonymous attributes or its online illegal

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have been very satisfied with my time at 30 East so far. It's so much better than the place I was staying before and has so many more options for residents. It is also very convenient to my work / classes

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

it's pretty great. There are nice people, the security people are nice. My only grievances are we submitted a maintenance report that never got checked but things worked out anyway so that was fine.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

What I like 30 East is they are fully furnished. Even all utilities are included in the rent so all you need is "yourself". Amenities are wonderful. You can enjoy living with large lounge, gym, PC with printer, BBQ place, fire-pits, and sky terrace with amazing view. Nice location, friendly and helpful staffs...hard to find a better place.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the community so much. I especially love that people own dogs because it makes me happy to see cute animals. My only complaint with the dogs is that I wish owners wouldn't have "doggy play-dates" in the hallways late at night as it gets very loud. Overall though, I feel really safe living here and I'm so happy with my decision to live at 30 East!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I originally moved here as a sublet for another resident, but instantly fell in love with the community/building. Everyone from security staff, to Dave in maintenance, everyone’s been great. Would highly reccomened 30 East

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really like living at 30 East. The amenity spaces are great and the location is really convenient. The price is a bit high, but I've very glad that I chose to live at 30 East.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I've enjoyed living in this building thus far; everything is very clean and functioning for the most part. There is a lot of common space and the amenities available to us really make it worth the cost of living here.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartment community is relatively quiet and respectful. The curtesy officers are very kind and helpful! Areas of concern are smells of weed or cigarettes on the third floor, and not receiving notification when receiving a package.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love 30 East so much! The amenities make this place a dream to live in. Everything from the washers and dryers to the ice maker to the dishwasher...amazing.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

its ok. living there is ok. eating there is ok. sleeping there is ok. studying there is ok. watching tv there is ok. using the internet is ok. working out there is ok.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I moved in June 1, I was lied to about the cost of rent and the manager told me oh well there nothing I can do. Don’t recommend this place to anyone at all very unorganized and when you email with problems no one gets back to you in a timely fashion .. look somewhere else

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Overall, I really like 30 East apartment! I really like the gym facilities and the roof terrace that is also available in the building. However, I believe and wish the delivery service can be improved. I would like to get a notification when I receive a package.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Everything is so clean and nice! There are so many resources and spaces to hang out or work. It just feels like everyone here wants the residents to have a nice time and be comfortable.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I enjoy my ability to live downtown in a centrally located environment. I enjoy access to the computers on the 2nd floor in addition to the workout area that is available 24/7. Thank you

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great space, but after a month of living here there haven't been any community events like advertised, like athletic trainers or hosted parties

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great space, a lot of common areas to lounge in. Only down side are the spiders on the decks. Other wise no complaints about management or living spaces.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Good location and a very clean building overall. I am enjoying my time here so far. I don't have anything really bad to say except some loud noises from neighbors. But overall everything is good.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It has been an amazing experience living here! The people in the living community are so friendly and I am excited to be in such an exciting and fun area of the city.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Nicely laid out apartment with great views. It's really quiet and security is really tight. It's nice to have a parking lot close by in case you need it.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's really blasted warm in here. Walls are soundproof enough, which is nice. Could benefit from wall outlets not being put in odd places. All in all; there are worse and better places, but the price isn't terrible.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Loving it so far no problems. I do wish there was a way we can know we have packages down stairs from the building for example like an email

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Well kept, clean building that has wonderful amenities, unfortunately security could be a little better, the system seems poor. Otherwise it's been absolutely wonderful.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really love living at 30 East. I love it so much I wrote a blog post about it at apieceofcake129.wordpress.com. Considering it's the same monthly rent as my dorm was last year, I couldn't be happier to have so many more amenities, outdoor spaces, views, etc. I would recommend 30 East to any of my friends.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartments are nice but it is missing the community feel. I wish there were more ways for us to come together as a community and do more events

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love 30 East. It's a great place to live and I love how close it is to campus and I love all the amenities. My only complaint is about other residents and there's nothing 30 East can really do about it

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really have enjoyed my time living here at 30 East. As an active member in DePaul's downtown community, living just two blocks away has allowed me unmatched comfort and availability to get back and forth from school, and work.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

30 East has everything a young professional would want in an apartment building! There is an amazing gym, great lounge area's for entertaining guest, and quiet places to work when you have to bring work home from the office!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the new apartments! The view is fantastic and it feels just like home! Can't wait for the rest of the year! It will be such a great year!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Everything has been perfect so far! I love my room, the amenities, and all the facilities and recreations areas! I've had many friends over so far and they've all been thoroughly impressed with my apartment.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great place to live as a student in the South Loop. The only downside is that it is a little expensive even for the cheaper options. But the amenities and apartment itself is amazing.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

place is quiet, train sounds don't really leak through the unit. Its quite a a hassle to throw recyclable trash since the recycle bins are only available on the second floor for some reason. Otherwise its pretty nice here so far.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The building is seriously incredible. All the staff is so nice, the amenities are amazing and I love everything about my apartment! Such a beautiful building!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This is not an apartment complex, it's a community. The people at 30 East look out for each other. They say it takes a village to raise a child, but it takes a community like 30 East to help each and every individual reach their potential. There's even a 24hr fitness center for residents!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I moved here from another student community, and am so glad I did! The location is so much better than my last place, and so are the amenities. I love hanging out on the roof!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

You guys are doing absolutely amazing! Living at 30 east has been peaceful, relaxing, and quiet, which is hard to achieve in south loop!!!!!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Everything is good. Some residents are loud, but the enforced quiet are helping. The vending machines on the second floor are very convenient.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I absolutely love my apartment and the community I live in. It's very welcoming and makes me truly feel like I belong here. The amenities are amazing and the location is perfect for continuing my education at depaul

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love it overall, I just wish there were more rules in place for people who don't respect living here or cause a lot of chaos. Lots of issues with people sneaking in and smoking weed on the roof.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

my only complaint is the lack of drawer space in the kitchen and bathroom, other than that everything is great! I like living here and hope to stay a while

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

30 East has been a wonderful experience for my roommates and I. We grabbed the opportunity to stay here immediately, and are loving things so far. Friendly staff, tons of amenities and lounge space, low noise pollution, and very safe neighborhood. Couldn't be happier staying here

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The amenities provided are very useful and I enjoy the community spaces to hang out. The study rooms are helpful when I need to go do homework but the bedrooms are a bit tight on space (coming from someone doing a shared room).

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very nice furnishings in the apartments and amenities. Feels like a good community of people to live with. And I love all the security officers.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartment building is very nice and modern. It's atmosphere is great, especially for college students attending school or working downtown. The staff is very friendly as well.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far, so good. The only reason I am not giving it a full 5 stars is that I have not experienced any community events. I am not sure if they will be presented by the staff but I hope there will be some in the future.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Feel very comfortable and relaxed. Wonderful staff, accommodating space, safe environment, great amenities, spacious rooms, and enjoyable view.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

In my opinion all the staff needs a little work on their communication skills, residents are nice, the building still has a lot of kinks that need to be worked out but other than that I'm satisfied

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I'm amazed at how well the building looks and how nice all the staff are. I'm excited to be living here for the next year and am thinking about possibly staying another if things go well

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

10/10 would recommend. great amenities and living space...very close to a lot of transportation and schools around the area! moved in August first and love it.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great apartment! Very convenient to most of the places. Really happy to be a part of this community. Keep up the great work. Looking forward to having a comfortable stay.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Really cool program with an easy-to-follow format! I will definitely be checking in daily. This site makes it easy to win gift cards to my favorite places that I visit on a weekly basis!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This apartment building is extremely nice and I'm glad I chose to put trust into this building to live here. I love the area and there's so much to do around here. Everyone who works in the office and at the front desk are very sweet.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Good community and common areas. Wish there were more events to meet new people. I love the different facilities and the fact that we can play music indoors and outdoors. The rooftop is my favorite because of its great view and fire place.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

its a great and welcoming community, the apartment itself was exactly as i desired and it was clean when i moved in. fantastic location as well!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartment itself is very nice and the south loop is wonderful but the leasing office is all over the place and they are making my experience here stressful.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My apartment space is the best. I have a great view of the city from my room & living room. 30 east is worth the money I am paying. There are some areas that are quiet for me to get some alone time in work and studying. Then you have some areas that is great for relaxing and just hanging out with close ones.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The site needs a lot of work and forcing comments is a good way to get bad reviews. Also the rewards are average and there's no incentive so fix

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I recently moved in and I absolutely love the place! The second floor communal area is a dream. You can use the new Mac desktops and even secure a quiet conference room. The view from my room is amazing! I was also so shocked you never hear the L - total bonus. I love this place!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The building is always being cleaned, the community is fun and welcoming and the staff is extremely friendly and helping with any questions!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The facilities are beautiful and the staff is really nice. I wish that there was a notification system for when you receive packages, and a more clear recycling system--a few small things like that. I think that since 30 East is so new, the management will figure out those small things in time. Overall, I love my apartment.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great place to live! Staff is friendly and addresses you on a personal basis. Apartments are very nice and the public areas are amazing. The gym is great and the 24 hr security makes me feel really safe.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Its nice and quiet. There are alot of things to do there including the exercise room, lounge area, and computer area. It is also very clean there as well.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The area of improvement I see is maintenance. I submitted a 'work order' through the portal after moving in, and my reported issue never got fixed even though I had received an email telling me it had been taken care of. Instead, I had to place a request in person to get the issue resolved. Other than that I've had a pleasant experience.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Still new but I'm waiting for improvements (i.e. Mail notifications, better visitor sign-in procedure, more maintenance availability, etc.)

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The building is very clean and well kept. I think signing in a guest everytime we enter and leave is a little annoying through. The bed is good though.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Such a great place to start my new life in Chicago! Staff is really friendly and helpful, the building is always in perfect conditions, and I really hope to get to know all the neighbors
